Okay, so we were all exhausted after long hikes and intense processing!

Here are some comments about the intensive:

It was so scary to comit to attending Karen's intensive.  So many unknowns, so much of myself put at risk.  I finally just made an escape plan for myself and went to my first Inner Bonding not-online experience.  I am so grateful I did.  The safety, the learning, the potential of choosing to love, the hard work and the support and love from Karen and her spirit, from the grace of other women, from Robin and her music--I was blessed.  I left feeling hope and success, safe closure and transformational potential.
