When Karen and Robin come together, healing happens. At the workshop, I was able to feel and express emotions as they came up, a newer experience for me. Possible because of the safe and sacred space they created for our small group of women. The message of the weekend was clear and powerful and is still resonating with me 2 weeks later. If I could, i would attend every event Karen and Robin put together. They are that special!!

I have never experienced anything like this. The depth of work I was able to do and the level of emotional support from the facilitators and other participants was beyond my wildest dreams. Tapped into spiritual guidance, I was able to open my heart to love I never realized was there. I felt completely safe to discover and be my true self. It was a gift to us all. It was so scary to commit to attending Karen's intensive. So many unknowns, so much of myself put at risk. Although I love my individual sessions with Karen by phone, my intensive with her was an amazing opportunity for exponential growth that can't be matched. Working with Karen Kral has been the best investment I have ever made for myself. We have worked for the past few years on Inner Bonding and done other Solution Based work. By this I mean that I have found that I already have a connection with my core and the answers are always there; I just have to ask and listen actively. I have learned so much about myself by a healthy bonding with my inner child, my addict, and my higher power.
