Who We Are

CoreQuest was founded by Karen Kral and Mark Lersch, a married couple who are psychotherapists, licensed in the state of New Mexico.  Karen and Mark have a passion for sharing the power of personal and organizational fulfillment through connection with one's core self. 

Mark and Karen help individuals, couples, groups and organizations realize their potential through facilitation of a variety of fun and innovative methods including internal dialog, the practice of present-moment awareness and group process.  Most of these processes are designed to be "taken with you" so that when you leave a workshop or end a phone session, you have the tools you need to take care of yourself and to reach your personal or organizational goals. 

Some CoreQuest workshops are indoors, while others provide opportunities for exploring the outdoors in beautiful New Mexico.

Inner Bonding^®

Karen and Mark are both certified facilitators of Inner Bonding, a powerful process that allows practitioners to shift from conditioned, fear-based responses toward a reality of harmony, joy and empowerment.  Inner Bonding offers tools that, when used consistently, can assist in recovery from addictions, codependency, trauma and emotional issues, and can support the cultivation of healthy relationships with oneself and others.
